Phase A: This $7.2 million endeavor addressed structural, environmental, fire safety, and energy efficiency concerns while ensuring overall sustainability. Successfully managed, issue resolution, consultant submittal approvals, progress reporting to project committees, and compliance with construction documents, including environmental clean-up initiatives.
Phase B: Directed and oversaw the $3.8 million site renovation encompassing hard
scapes, landscaping, and parking lots. Achieved significant water usage reduction through innovative onsite retention solutions and ensured compliance with accessibility standards while future-proofing concrete parking lots for solar infrastructure.

CEO spearheaded and managed the $7.4 million, overseeing professional and technical services, leading to recognition from the State of California for redevelopment sustainability efforts. Regular updates were provided to the project stakeholders, including the Project Management Committee, Housing Commission, and Home Improvement Program. From design to construction, CEO successfully navigated design approvals, bid document preparation, and the bid process, securing critical agreements and easements with major utility providers. This project included execution of underground utilities project for $250,000 ensuring seamless implementation and functionality.

Manage the execution of perimeter block wall projects spanning 1,800 linear feet, enhancing property security and aesthetics.
